We’re building the Claude Code for consultants — an AI-native operating system for business decisions. Our agents synthesize fragmented systems and workflows, turning messy data into crisp, actionable insight in seconds.

What You’ll Do
- Design and build our core intelligence engine end-to-end: data ingestion, model orchestration, feedback loops, API layers, UI integration
- Own the architecture across stack boundaries (Python / Go / TS) to support scalable, evolvable systems
- Partner with founders on roadmap, trade-offs, and technical vision
- Define what great engineering looks like in an AI-first organization

- You know how to balance “just enough abstraction” vs overengineering
- Willing to work 3 days a week out of our San Francisco office
