What We're Looking For

• Strong experience managing complex software delivery projects involving multiple engineering disciplines, including Software Engineering, Data, DevOps, and QA
• Experience coordinating multiple parallel workstreams, dependencies, milestones, releases, and delivery commitments
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices
• Ability to work effectively with Technical Leads and engineering teams without needing to own technical decisions
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, priorities, risks, blockers, and dependencies in complex delivery environments
• Strong ownership of project planning, execution tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Experience establishing clear delivery plans, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done across teams
• Ability to identify delivery risks early, escalate appropriately, and drive mitigation plans through resolution
• Strong experience facilitating planning, refinement, status, risk, and cross-functional coordination sessions
• Experience working directly with client stakeholders and maintaining alignment around scope, priorities, progress, risks, and delivery expectations
• Ability to provide clear and transparent client-facing reporting, including project health, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions required
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and hold teams and stakeholders accountable to commitments
• Experience coordinating releases and delivery across teams operating with different development or release cadences
• Strong documentation and organizational skills, including decision tracking, action items, project plans, risks, and dependencies
• Business Analysis experience is highly valued, particularly the ability to clarify business needs, facilitate requirements discussions, document requirements, and translate stakeholder expectations into actionable work for technical teams
• Ability to operate effectively in an existing client environment, understanding established processes and constraints before proposing changes
• Experience managing vendor transitions, inherited projects, or complex existing platforms is highly valued
• Experience working in regulated, compliance-driven, or audited environments is valued
• Professional English communication skills and confidence operating directly with client and senior stakeholders

Own the coordination and delivery of a complex software and data program, keeping multiple technical workstreams aligned around scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, and client commitments. Bring strong delivery leadership and, ideally, a Business Analysis mindset to translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable outcomes for the team.
