As a FullStack Product Engineer at Creem, you'll be applying your engineering expertise to build robust, scalable product features that bridge technical innovation with exceptional user experiences. This pivotal role combines front-end and back-end development—you'll architect our API functionality, implement cohesive user interfaces across our dashboard and developer tools, and create the technical components that make our financial infrastructure both powerful and intuitive.

As a Product Engineer, you'll own entire domains and functionalities, taking responsibility for shaping systems that address the most critical customer challenges. You'll prioritize and deliver high-impact solutions that create maximum value, consistently making decisions that solve the biggest problems first.

You'll develop with a relentless focus on delivering functionality that drives meaningful outcomes. Your decision-making will be informed by direct user conversations and system testing, ensuring our solutions truly solve customer problems.

Your work will span our entire ecosystem—from our dashboard and documentation, to our backend and critical systems, to our social presence and developer SDKs—creating a unified experience that resonates with both technical and business audiences.

Requirements

• Technical Prowess: You have full stack experience with modern technologies like React, JavaScript/TypeScript, NextJS and NestJS.

• Builder's Mindset: You've created something meaningful from the ground up—whether leading a project, founding a venture, or crafting an impressive side project that demonstrates your initiative.

• Communication Excellence: You articulate ideas clearly and document thoroughly, understanding that transparent communication is fundamental to our collaborative approach.

• Bias for Action: You move with purpose and velocity, driving for impact rather than perfection. You're comfortable making decisions and stepping on toes when necessary to achieve results.

• Entrepreneurial Experience: You've built and monetized your own projects or ventures, bringing firsthand understanding of the entire product lifecycle.

• Fintech/DevTools Background: Previous experience with payments infrastructure, billing systems, or developer tooling gives you valuable domain knowledge.
