Description:

As a Back End Developer - Marketing Automation at Credera, you will get to exercise your expertise in marketing automation, back-end of website, applications, databases and ensuring smooth communication for across all. You’ll also be responsible for:

  • Identify how many people made it through from form submissions on Go To Webinar / landing pages to CRM.
  • Troubleshoot issues caused when marketers delete webinars but forget to clean up the data/ remove the landing pages.
  • Deal with incoming tickets such as "Please change campaign name because I named it correctly"
  • Sometimes tickets will be along the lines of "I use the wrong campaign ID, please can you change it.'
  • Within Eloqua there are 3 main programs to support which means:
    • Managing from form submission to lead creation in SFMC. 
    • Standardizing all the data that comes in. (Through time, changed data attributes/standardization rules, so leads will, or example, get stuck in program 1).
    • Monitor and troubleshoot imports and exports - through Various CRM and data connections/APIs in different markets. This could happen when sales team have not provided data correctly or they did but wrong values pass through.
  • All tickets and updates will be managed through Workfront
  • Map customer journeys and the technical systems/touchpoints required
  • Being the liaison in troubleshooting a myriad of data or technical challenges
  • Working with vendor, development teams and the business to find resolutions 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
    • Certification: Salesforce or Eloqua - desired
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Automation
  • Experience using Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce & Workfront
  • Experience using Sirius Decisions models (e.g. Demand Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with API integrations and troubleshooting technical issues. 
  • Solid comprehension of data systems, flow, and management, with strong analytical and data-driven marketing skills. 
  • Logical and technical thinker with experience building processes and solving problems. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively. 
  • Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving. 
  • Fluency in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. Credera treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $110K – 125K is anticipated for this role in the US.

Hybrid Work Model:

Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site. You'll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.

Travel:

Our goal is to keep out-of-market travel to a minimum and most projects do not require significant travel. While certain projects can require frequent travel (up to 80% for a period of time), our average travel percentage over a year for team members is typically between 10-30%. We try to take a personal approach to travel. You will submit your travel preferences which our staffing teams will take into account when aligning you to a role.
