CrazyLabs is looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven Senior IAP Monetization Manager to own and optimize in-app purchase monetization across our mobile games.

You will drive IAP revenue growth through pricing, offers, bundles, player segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, with a strong focus on maximizing IAP ARPDAU while maintaining a great player experience.

As a Senior Monetization Manager, you will:

• Own and optimize IAP monetization strategy, driving ARPDAU, payer conversion, and LTV.
• Design and optimize in-game offers, bundles, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Develop player segmentation and personalized offers based on spending behavior, engagement, and progression.
• Identify revenue opportunities through data analysis and player behavior insights.
• Lead A/B testing across pricing, offers, targeting, timing, and purchase experiences.
• Build and execute a monetization roadmap focused on measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Economy, LiveOps, and Development teams to deliver monetization improvements.

Requirements

The Senior Monetization Manager role requires:

• 4+ years of experience in mobile gaming monetization, with a strong focus on IAP.
• Proven track record of driving IAP revenue growth and improving monetization KPIs.
• Strong understanding of F2P game economies, purchasing behavior, and player psychology.
• Hands-on experience with pricing, offers, bundles, segmentation, and personalization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience designing and evaluating A/B tests.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with analytics tools.
• Commercially minded, creative, proactive, and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience in casual, hybrid-casual, simulation, or content-driven mobile games.
• SQL knowledge and experience with revenue forecasting.
• Experience with LiveOps and offer management platforms.

What Success Looks Like

You will be successful in this role if you can consistently identify and execute opportunities that drive measurable IAP revenue growth.

This includes increasing first-time payer conversion, improving monetization efficiency across player segments, optimizing offer and pricing performance, and building a strong experimentation pipeline that continuously improves IAP ARPDAU.
