About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior AI Video Builder with a strong creative eye, a builder mindset, and a passion for games, video, and generative AI.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI, video production, tool building, and mobile game marketing — experimenting with the latest generative video models, developing creative concepts and pipelines for game ads, and building workflows and tools that help our Marketing teams produce better video creatives faster.

This is a hands-on role for someone who actively follows what’s happening in AI video and creative technology, loves trying new tools firsthand, and turns successful experiments into practical, repeatable production workflows.



What You’ll Do

• Experiment with the latest AI video models, tools, and creative platforms, evaluating their strengths and identifying practical use cases for game marketing.
• Build and maintain AI-powered video workflows for CrazyLabs’ Marketing teams.
• Create and prototype AI-generated video concepts for mobile game ads, from initial idea through production-ready creative.
• Develop reusable workflows for character animation, video generation, transformations, transitions, variations, and creative iteration.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to build internal tools and automated creative flows that streamline video production.
• Support the AI User Acquisition team by improving and automating parts of the video creative pipeline.
• Work closely with marketers, artists, video creators, and AI specialists to turn creative and production needs into scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant creative work, experiments, AI projects, video work, or personal projects.
• Strong creative and visual sense, with a good understanding of video, composition, movement, storytelling, and pacing.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, especially AI image and video generation platforms.
• A strong hands-on experimentation mindset: you actively follow new developments in AI video, creative AI, and related technologies, and constantly try new models, platforms, workflows, free tiers, trials, coupons, betas, and anything else that lets you explore what is possible.
• Ability to take a creative problem, test different approaches, and turn successful experiments into a repeatable workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to produce polished creative results.

Big Advantages

• Experience with tools or platforms such as Kling, Seedance, Veo, Runway, ComfyUI, Weavy, Adobe, or similar AI creative tools.
• Experience creating or editing video content for mobile games, advertising, social media, or performance marketing.
• Understanding of User Acquisition creative, mobile game ads, hooks, CPI testing, or creative iteration.
• Experience building automations for video creation, creative production, or ad testing.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools — personal and home projects are absolutely welcome.
• Experience with cloud environments, Linux, Kubernetes, or similar infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with video editing, motion graphics, animation, VFX, or game art.
