Full Stack .NET Developer

What you will do:

• Create modern applications using the .NET framework
• Implement and manage CI/CD processes, automation, and tools in a modern DevOps environment
• Lead software design, coding, testing, and debugging efforts
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality through adherence to best practices and standards
• Design and develop distributed applications with modern software architectures (microservices, event streaming, single page applications, containers, serverless, IaaS)
• Utilize hands-on cloud experience (AWS or other) to integrate and manage cloud-based applications and services
• Apply object-oriented design principles (KISS, SOLID, DRY) in all development efforts
• Maintain a quality mindset, ensuring all software meets high standards for reliability, performance, and security
• Participate in agile delivery processes, particularly using Scrum
• Mentor and coach technical consultants and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Implement and ensure adherence to information security and secure application development practices
• Possess a high-level understanding of application programming, APIs, databases, and system design
• Research, select, and learn new patterns and technologies efficiently
• Exhibit proactive and effective communication (written & verbal) and analytical skills
• Understand network protocols, firewalls, and cloud networking
• Understand relational database design
• Demonstrate deep understanding of DevOps, recognizing that deployment is not the end of the process

Qualifications and Skills:

• C#
• .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
• .NET Framework, ASP.NET
• Test Drive Development (TDD) and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
• NUnit/XUnit/Specflow Testing Frameworks
• CI Platforms (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc)
• Familiar working with the following technologies: Javascript Framework (Node.js, Angular or React), Git, XML, JSON, YAML
• Knowledge of: Relational DataBase Management System (RDBMS), Object Relational Mapping (ORM) Frameworks, Modern Web technologies (RESTful APIs, Networking)
