Compensation includes a base salary of $106,700.00 - $177,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Cox Automotive is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Product Manager - Pricing to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Product Manager - Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring successful product launches. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, product readiness, marketing, and pricing, to deliver exceptional products that meet user needs and drive business growth.
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Own the product roadmap for pricing and reporting products by partnering with business and product leadership.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and prioritize features.
- Champion customer-centric thinking and advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
Product Development:
- Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to launch.
- Decompose problem statements into consumable bodies of work which continually deliver value.
- Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to create detailed product specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Partner with product readiness teams to complete go-to-market and launch activities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align product goals with overall company strategy.
- Present product updates, roadmaps, and business cases to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners, including customers, vendors, and industry experts.
Team Leadership:
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product team.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication across teams.
Metrics and KPIs:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Analyze data, user behavior, and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Continuously iterate and optimize products based on performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Passion for technology, user experience, and innovation.
