Hourly base pay rate is $23.17 - $34.81/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Responsibilities of the Cloud Engineering Intern include:

  • Use core programming concepts, standards and lifecycles to assist in development and implementation of automation workflows used to provision new workload, migrate applications from existing environments to cloud environments, apply security controls, and develop workflows to interface with change management, incident tracking and asset management systems.

  • Tasks requiring creation of written documents in support of system code, design or testing.

  • Contribute ideas to help the technology organization innovate ways to meet the company’s business needs


Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:

  • College student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer-Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related discipline with a GPA of at least 3.0

  • Strong basic computer skills and knowledge of desktop PC based systems and mobile devices

  • Must possess excellent communication and organization skills; professional demeanor

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamically changing priorities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working independently and relying upon judgement in carrying out responsibilities

  • Technical ability to work in a multi-platform environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of server and application technologies such as Windows, Linux, and VMware

  • Hands on experience using Terraform, Ansible, YAML, JSON, or XML

  • Exposure to Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS or OCI)

  • Exposure to Git based code repository

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
