- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements
- Manage the UAT process, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, product management, etc.) to identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
- Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, security, and usability
- Utilize JIRA effectively for bug reporting, tracking, and resolution, as well as for managing the backlog of defects and improvement requests
- Coordinate and manage UAT processes, working closely with end users and business stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
To help us level up, you'll ideally have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Process improvement with exposure to QA/UAT projects
- Proven track record of successfully leading QA teams and delivering high-quality software products
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, techniques, and tools
- Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and issue tracking
- Familiarity with ZenDesk is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Certification in relevant QA/testing frameworks is a plus (e.g., ISTQB, CAPM).
