Software Developer Intern (Cloud Intelligence), Summer 2025

The Cloud Intelligence team is divided into three smaller teams, General FinOps, Analytics & Insights, and Site Reliability Engineering. The team serves as a central repository for knowledge and learning resources related to their areas of expertise. 

The team is looking for an intern who’s excited by the prospect of working on a variety in their internship, with the potential to explore a bit on backend, frontend and infrastructure development. If you are curious by nature and interested in exploring various subjects in software development, this is the internship for you!

What your typical day would look like: 

• You start your day off with a team meeting (scrum) to track the progress on the team’s different projects and elevate each other by sharing innovative ideas.
• You take ownership of your current projects and start your day with some coding!
• You then make sure to test your code like a pro for it to deliver tangible value. 
• After lunch, you take on some of your team’s backlog tasks. Your manager encourages you to do the right thing and help the team!
• Before the day ends, you’re asked to conduct some code reviews for your colleagues! Feedback is valued at Coveo, we thrive when listening and learning from each other.

Here's what will qualify you for the role: 

• You are currently studying Software Engineering or Computer Science in a Bachelor or Master’s program. 
• You have experience in: Python, Typescript, and Terraform.
• You have a strong sense of ownership and are proud of what you create.
• You are curious: you aren’t afraid to ask questions and want to explore a wide range of subjects within software development.
• You’re a problem solver: you are excited to solve challenges and are always looking for ways to improve processes with fresh ideas and innovative approaches.

And the cherry on top that will make you stand out: 

• You have experience with Docker, Kubernetes or AWS.
• You’ve participated in some hackathons and/or have a few personal projects.
• You have a head full of ideas; you’re passionate about the tech industry and lead with a proactive mindset.

You don’t need to check every single box; passion goes a long way and we appreciate that skills are transferable.
