직무 소개

ICT Reliability Engineering 팀은 쿠팡의 기업IT 서비스에 대한 연속성을 유지하기 위해IT Infra 와 Application 서비스들에 대한 상시 감시체계를 운영합니다. 팀은 모니터링 가시성을 확보하고 개선할 의무가 있습니다. 팀은 이벤트/인시던트 발생시 엔지니어링팀과 협업하여 해결하고, 관련 메트릭를 관리합니다. 팀은 정기적으로 DR Test를 주관 수행하며 서비스 연속성을 보장합니다.

 

업무 내용

  • IT 어플리케이션 및 인프라에 대한 모니터링 관리 및 개선
  • Global Trend를 고려하여 모니터링 시스템 및 항목을 개발.
  • SaaS 서비스 (O365, Service Now, Zoom, Zscaler 등)에 대한 모니터링 개발 및 개선
  • 이벤트/인시던트 핸들링, 티켓 리뷰, 재발방지대책 수행 추적
  • 관련 Metric 및 KPI 관리 및 정기 리포트
  • 인시던트/이벤트 관련 프로세스를 측정하고 개선

 

자격 요건

  • 모니터링 시스템 구축 및 운영 경험 (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, NMS etc.)을 보유하신 분
  • 통합 모니터링을 위한 아키텍처링 및 구축(for SaaS, Server, Network, AWS, Application, Facility and Endpoints) 경험을 보유하신 분
  • OSI 7 Layers, TCP/IP, Networks, Systems, Facilities, Applications, and AWS 에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
  • 인시던트 등 돌발상황에 대해 체계적으로 접근하고 해결할 수 있는 능력을 보유하신 분
  • 프로젝트 수행 역량 및 멀티-도메인팀간 협업 역량을 보유하신 분

Role Overview

To ensure stable Coupang's IT services, the IT Reliability Engineering team operates  monitoring systems and processes for IT infra and applications. The team is responsible for ensuring and improving monitoring visibility. In the case of an event or incident, the team collaborates with the engineering team to resolve it and manage relevant metrics. To ensure the continuity of service, the team regularly conducts DR tests.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for improving / maintaining monitoring services for IT Services (Application/ Infrastructure)
  • Responsible for developing monitoring systems / factors complying with global trends
  • Responsible for developing monitoring Saas Services (MS O365, ServiceNow, Zoom, Zscaler …)
  • Responsible for Increasing autodetection Rate / MTTD and Monitoring Maturity
  • Analyze current monitoring level and define enhancement plan for rollout
  • Handling incidents, reviewing tickets, and tracking recurrence prevention measures
  • Regular reporting and management of related metrics and KPIs

Basic Qualifications

  • Highly skilled monitoring system experts. (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, NMS, etc.)
  • Experienced with architecturing & implementation for integrated monitoring systems / Dashboards (for Saas, Server, Network, AWS, Application, Facility and Endpoints)
  • Understanding of Networks, Systems, Facilities, Applications, and AWS
  • Approach and resolve unexpected situations such as incidents in a systematic manner.
  • Competency for Analytics, Structurization, problem solving
  • Strong Communication Skills

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Infrastructure engineers with over 15 years of system/network/monitoring experience
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CCIE, LPIC, VCAP/DX, AWS etc.
  • Experience with processes such as ITL, ISO20000, ISO22301, etc.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure such as large-scale IDC, offices and fulfillment centers
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English

  • This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
