직무소개

Staff, IT Operations Engineer는 국내/글로벌 사이트를 지원하는 쿠팡 GTS(Global Technology Services) IT 팀의 필수적인 부분으로, 강력한 조직 능력과 세부 사항에 대한 세심한 주의를 기울여 엔드포인트 및 인프라 관련 기술 문제에 대한 최종 사용자 지원을 담당합니다. GTS IT 내의 부서 전반에 걸쳐 이해 관계자 및 공급업체 관리 기술을 보여주는 명확한 커뮤니케이터여야 합니다. EUS Central 책임자인 Manager에게 직접 보고합니다. 최고 수준의 책임성, 성실성 및 전문성을 유지해야 합니다. 이 직책은 중장기 성장을 보장하기 위해 최종 사용자 전반을 지원하는 실무 운영 관리자 및 미래 지향적인 리더 역할을 하는 데 필요합니다. 쿠팡의 성장과 함께 지식과 전문성을 활용하여 문제를 선제적으로 해결하거나 최종 사용자의 요청에 적시에 대응할 수 있는 IT 전문가를 기대합니다.

 

업무 내용

  • IT 서비스를 계획하고 운영하고, 심층 분석을 통해 혁신적인 프로세스를 통해 매일 발생하는 대량의 서비스 티켓 및 품질을 지속적으로 개선하고 자동화
  • IT 운영 및 온보딩 프로세스를 지속적으로 개선하여 현장에서 고품질의 IT End User 서비스를 제공
  • 유관부서와의 End-user 서비스 품질 개선을 위한 분석을 주도적으로 리드하고 요건을 분석 및 혁신적인 솔루션 도입 통해 사용자 경험을 인상깊게 할 수 있는 지속적인 품질 개선
  • 비즈니스 영역별 사용자 업무 경험에 대한 문제 해결 및 모니터링, 공급업체 기술 지원 엔지니어와 협력하여 문제 해결
  • 글로벌 IT팀과 협력하여 변경 요청을 구현/실행하고 글로벌 IT 프로젝트 지원
  • 이해 관계자 및 벤더 관리, 비즈니스팀과 협력 사내 IT 프로젝트 지원

 

자격 요건

  • 10년 이상의 관련 수행 경험을 보유하시 분
  • Windows/MacBook, 엔드포인트/MDM 보안 프로그램, Active Directory, 유/무선 네트워크 및 기타 IT 인프라 지원 경험을 보유하신 분
  • IT컨설팅 또는 중/대규모의 프로젝트 리딩 경험을 보유하신 분
  • 글로벌 IT 팀과의 운영 및 프로젝트 협업을 위한 대인 관계 기술, 강력한 구두 및 서면 의사 소통 능력을 보유하신 분

Role Overview

This role is an integral part of Coupang’s GTS IT team to support our domestic/global sites, this position is responsible for taking care of end user support about endpoint and infrastructure related technology issues with strong organizational skills and good attention to detail. The person should be a clear communicator who works well across the departments within GTS IT and displays strong stakeholder & vendor management skills.
This Staff IT Operation Engineer will report directly to the Sr.Manager, Head of CorpIT-Korea; IT team members are expected to uphold the highest standards of accountability, integrity and professionalism. This position is required to act as a hands-on operation manager and forward-thinking leader to support the end users overall to secure medium- and long-term growth. We look forward to an IT professional who applies knowledge and expertise to resolve issues proactively or respond to end user requests in a timely manner along with Coupang's growth.

 

What You Will Do

- Plan and operate IT services, continuously improve and automate high volume of daily services tickets by the innovative processes through deep analysis
- Persistent Quality improvements that can impress end-user experience by analysis and solution through innovation
- Operate and provide maintenance support in IT endpoint equipment and devices
- Manage IT assets and report regularly
- Perform continuous process improvements for an efficient IT operation
- Work with stakeholders and relevant business teams
- Troubleshooting and monitoring LAN/WLAN/WAN activities and utilization and work with vendor Technical Support engineers to resolve issues
- Basic networking problem resolution and managing incident response tickets within an Enterprise ticketing system
- Identify, report, and resolve poorly performing system issues using agreed troubleshooting tools and processes
- Work with other global IT teams to implement/execute change requests and support in-house IT projects
- Good at stakeholder & vendor management

 

Basic Qualifications

- 10 + years of related work experience
- Experience in operation and configuration of IT devices and asset management  process 
- Have great skills to manage quality of end-user service for communication to business 
- Have great interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication
- Basic background in network administration and architecture
- Good understanding of communication protocols with business team
- Basic experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools

 

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in ITIL based IT service operation or Infrastructure Workplace project
- Experience in a PMP based project
- Experience in providing supports to a large volume of company & customer service center
- Good understanding in Windows/Mac-book, Endpoint/MDM security program, Active Directory,
- Wired/Wireless network and other IT infrastructure support
- Time-conscious, focused, organized, results-driven
