직무 소개

DCFE(Data Center Facilities Engineering)팀은 쿠팡의 데이터센터 인프라의 최고 품질 유지 운영과 무중단 운영을 위한 전략 기획, 디자인, 구축, 유지보수운영, 공급망 관리, 컨설팅 등을 수행합니다. 쿠팡 DC 및 글로벌 사이트(물류센터/배송캠프/오피스) 내 무중단 운영을 위한 미션 크리티컬 수행 및 최대 가용성을 유지합니다.

 

업무 내용

DataCenter 

  •  국내 및 해외 DC 디자인, 구축, 운영, 확장 업무 수행(Korea / Taiwan / China)
  •  IT Infra(Facility) 무중단 운영을 위한 미션 크리티컬 수행 
  •  IT Infra(Facility) 글로벌 표준화 및 SLA/SOP 등 운영 관리 
  •  DCIM (DataCenter Infrastructure Management) 운영 관리 
  •  NRC / MRC 계약 및 자원/자산/Vendors 관리 
  •  ISMS-P 인증심사 대응 
  •  국내&해외 DC 공급 리서칭 및 운영 컨설팅

 

FC(Fulfillment Centers) / Camp(Logistic Center) / Office 

  •  국내 및 해외 서버실(Korea / Taiwan / China / US / India / Others) 및 IT Infra(Facility) 디자인, 구축, 운영, 확장 업무 수행 
  •  IT Infra(Facility) 무중단 운영을 위한 미션 크리티컬 수행 
  •  IT Infra(Facility) 글로벌 표준화 및 SLA/SOP 등 운영 관리 
  •  DCIM (DataCenter Infrastructure Management) 운영 관리 
  •  통합 유지보수 계약 및 자원/자산/Vendors 관리 
  •  각 센터 내 전기,소방,보안 관련 기술 협조 및 대응

자격 요건

  • Facility Engineer 경력 12년 이상을 보유하신 분  
  • IT Facility (전기/기계/공조 등)에 대한 구축 및 운영관리 경험을 보유하신 분
  • 국내&해외 DC 컨설팅 가능 지식 수준을 보유하신 분
  • 프로젝트 리딩 경험, 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유하신 분
  • 영어 커뮤니케이션 및 오피스 문서화 및 프리젠테이션 역량을 보유하신 분  

 

우대 사항

  • 관련 전문자격(공조냉동기계기사, 전기기사 등)을 보유하신 분
  • 대규모 DC, 오피스, 공장 혹은 물류센터 등 Facility 인프라 설계 및 구축경험을 보유하신 분  
  • 오토캐드 능숙하신 분
  • 업무상 영어 또는 중국어 가능하신 분
