供应链自动化团队负责预测消费者的购买需求，并实现库存订货流程的自动化。TIP/ROQ是支撑Coupang核心业务网络、生鲜每日订货业务的关键系统，管理Coupang所有履约仓（FC）的入库订货。
除传统规划业务之外，团队自主搭建并运维AI智能体平台：

• 订货智能体（Ordering Agent）：我们的多智能体AI助手，基于Langchain / LangGraph与自研智能体框架，提供可对话、接入Slack的操作界面；

• scm‑ai / 库存规划器（Instock Planner）：提供基于大语言模型（LLM）的订货量（ROQ）优化以及企业级决策支持。

我们运用云计算、数据分析、机器学习与生成式人工智能，持续提升运营效率

基本要求
主导基于 LLM/多模态模型的 Multi-Agent 系统架构设计与核心开发，涵盖长周期托管型 Agent、沙箱执行环境、分层上下文管理、持久化存储及 Function Calling 编排等核心工程问题。
• 具备复杂 Agent/RAG 系统从方案设计到线上落地的端到端交付经验。
• 熟悉 Memory、Long Context、Planning、Tool Use 等前沿方向，能快速完成论文到工程的转化落地。
• 熟悉一种以上AI开发框架 包括 LangChain/LangGraph/Deerflow/Claude Code/Hermes 等主流 Agent 框架，具备高并发、高可用的后端架构设计能力。
• 熟练掌握 Java/Python，具备大规模分布式系统设计与上线经验；理解异步、并发、幂等、限流等工程基础，对代码质量与系统可维护性有较高要求。
• 良好的工程架构基本功, 对常见的设计模式有深入的理解, 有一定的开源框架源码源码能力
