Job overview:

Developer Platform Team 은 쿠팡의 내부 워크로드 관리와 수천 개의 마이크로서비스로 확장되는 마이크로서비스 에코시스템을 포함한 쿠팡의 개발자 경험을 책임지고 있습니다.

게이트웨이 서비스(Gateway Service) 팀은 쿠팡의 분산 마이크로서비스 아키텍처에서 서비스 간 통신을 위한 인프라 계층을 구축합니다. 저희는 서비스간 디스커버리, 부하 분산, 장애 복구, 메트릭스 및 모니터링을 담당하고 있습니다.

 

저희 팀의 주요 업무는 다음과 같습니다:

  • 정교한 라우팅 규칙, 재시도 메커니즘, 장애 복구 전략, 그리고 오류 주입 기능을 통해 전사적 차원의 트래픽 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 개발 및 구현합니다.
  • 정책 관리를 위한 관리 플레인(management plane)을 개발합니다.
  • 접근 제어, 속도 제한, 할당량 관리가 가능하도록 정책을 관리하고 API를 제공합니다.
  • TLS 암호화, 신원 기반 인증 및 권한 부여를 통해서 클러스터 내 서비스 간 통신을 안전하게 보호합니다.

저희는 분산 시스템의 애플리케이션에 대한 깊은 이해와 함께 IDP 제공자(IdP), 쿠버네티스(Kubernetes), gRPC, 서비스 메시(Service mesh) 등의 기술을 실제로 다뤄본 경험이 있는 엔지니어를 찾고 있습니다. 저희 팀으로 합류하시게 된다면 쿠팡의 모든 서비스를 지원하는 플랫폼의 아키텍처를 설계하고, 이를 구현하게 됩니다.

 

What you will do:

서비스 메시 플랫폼 팀의 스태프(staff) 소프트웨어 엔지니어로서, 여러 팀의 요구사항을 수집하고 기능을 설계하며 구축하게 됩니다. 따라서 쿠팡의 각 도메인 팀들과 긴밀히 협력하게 됩니다. 저희는 복잡한 인프라 문제를 해결하기 위해 간단하게 솔루션을 구현하면서도, 고도로 확장 가능하고 안정적이며 효율적인 플랫폼을 구축하고 있습니다. 이를 위해서 Istio, Envoy, JAVA, AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, gRPC 및 서비스 메시를 사용하고 있으며, 팀에서 프로젝트를 기술적으로 주도하게 됩니다.

다음과 같은 업무를 하게됩니다:

  • 매우 뛰어난 팀원들과 협력을 통해서 서비스 메시 컴포넌트를 설계하고 구축합니다.
  • External/Internal API-Gateway 에 대한 유지관리 및 SDK 개발
  • Springboot와 Python 프레임워크를 사용하여 REST/GraphQL/Hibernate 기반의 백엔드 API를 작성합니다.
  • 워크로드 및 서비스 관리 인프라를 설계합니다.
  • 중요한 인프라 컴포넌트를 직접 개발합니다.
  • 복잡한 문제를 간단하고 명확한 해결책으로 분해하고, 팀이 우선순위를 정하고 “신속하게 움직”일 수 있도록 메커니즘을 제공합니다.
  • 최고 수준의 아키텍쳐 설계를 통해 확장 가능한 시스템을 구현합니다.
  • 중요한 시스템의 이슈를 깊이 파고들어 근본적인 원인을 제거하고, 운영 안정성을 높입니다.
  • 다른 쿠팡 기술 리더들과 협력하여 서비스를 확장 가능하게 만들고 새로운 혁신의 발판을 마련합니다.

 

자격 요건:

  • 8년 이상의 Backend 서비스 개발 경험 있는 분
  • 백앤드 엔지니어링을 위한 Java, Go, Python등의 테크스택 사용 역량을 보유하신 분
  • 독립적이고, 자기 주도적인 업무 역량을 보유하신 분
  • RESTful API 디자인 및 개발 경험 있는 분
  • Database 기술에대해 (SQL / noSQL 이용한 ORM framework) 이해도가 높으신 분
  • Kubernetes환경에 베포 및 관리 경험이 있으신 분

 

우대사항:

  • Vert.x 를 이용한 async application 개발 경험 있으신 분
  • 영어로 기본적인 의사소통 가능하신 분
  • AWS 클라우드 컴퓨팅 활용 역량 보유하신 분
  • API-Gateway 유지 관리 및 SDK개발 경험 있는 분
