Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-obsessed, data-driven, and highly execution-oriented Product Manager to join the Fulfillment Technology Services team.

In this role, you will own product strategy and execution for platforms and services supporting fulfillment operations. You will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Science, Business Intelligence, and senior leadership teams to identify opportunities, define product requirements, and build scalable solutions that improve operational performance across the fulfillment network.

The ideal candidate can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and translate complex business challenges into innovative technology solutions.

What You Will Do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for one or more Fulfillment Technology products.
• Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment efficiency, inventory accuracy, capacity utilization, and operational productivity through technology.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to define business requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Develop business cases that align customer experience improvements with operational and financial outcomes.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and growth opportunities.
• Drive experimentation and continuous improvement through A/B testing and KPI analysis.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Balance short-term operational needs with long-term platform scalability.
• Influence engineering teams and partner organizations to deliver high-impact solutions on time and at scale.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, Consulting, Supply Chain, or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving technology and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and prioritization.
• Experience defining product requirements and managing product roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation, or E-commerce platforms.
• Experience working with large-scale operational systems and complex workflows.
• Strong understanding of marketplace, fulfillment, inventory, and supply chain optimization concepts.
• Experience partnering with software engineering and data science organizations.
• SQL proficiency and familiarity with business intelligence tools.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience managing products in a high-growth technology company.
