직무개요

쿠팡플레이의 Back-end Engineer는 쿠팡플레이 프로덕트 조직의 중요한 역할의 중의 하나이며, 프로덕트 매니저, 프로덕트 디자이너, 모바일 엔지니어 및 QA엔지니어들과 애자일 프로세스에 기반한 긴밀한 협업을 통하여 멋진 사용자 경험을 제공하는데 기여합니다. 고가용성 분산 시스템에 대한 경험을 필수적으로 필요로하며, 수백만명의 고객에서 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 설계하고 개발하는 업무를 담당하며, 명확한 방향과 독립적으로 업무 할 수 있는 역량을 갖추어 미션 크리티컬한 업무를 주도 합니다.


담당업무

  • 높은 가용성과 확장성을 갖춘 쿠팡 플레이의 주요 백엔드 시스템 개발, 지원 및 개선
  • 요구사항 분석 및 테스트를 통한 RESTful API 구축
  • 향후 사용을 위한 모듈화 및 테스트 가능한 코드 및 라이브러리 구축
  • 프로덕트 및 서비스에서의 최대 속도 및 성능을 위한 애플리케이션 최적화
  • 프로덕트 요구사항을 충족할 수 있는 확장(Scalable) 가능한 기술 솔루션 구축
  • 보안 및 데이터 보호 구현
  • 필요한 경우 HTML5, CSS, javascript를 활용하여 간단한 프론트엔드 업무 지원


자격사항

  • 컴퓨터 공학 혹은 관련 전공 학사 이상 학위 보유, 백엔드 엔지니어링 관련 업무 경험 6년 이상으로 서버 애플리케이션 또는 최신 테크스택으로 시스템 엔지니어링이 가능하신 분
  • 백엔드 엔지니어링을 위한 Go, Java, Javascript, Node.js 등의 테크스택 사용 역량을 보유하신 분 또는 유사한 경력을 보유하신 분
  • AWS, GCP 또는 유사한 최신 클라우드 컴퓨팅 활용 역량을 보유하신 분
  • 애자일 환경에서 대규모로 작업할 수 있는 역량을 보유하신 분
  • 독립적이고, 자기 주도적인 업무 역량을 보유하신 분
  • 적극적으로 문제를 분석하여 원인을 찾고 해결 할 수 있는 능력과 경험이 있는 분
  • Zendesk, JIRA, GitHub 등의 이슈 및 버그 티케팅 시스템을 다룬 경험이 있는 분

  • 엔지니어링 측면에서 스트리밍 미디어를 작업한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 대용량 데이터 및 트래픽 환경에서의 백엔드 엔지니어링 경험이 있는 분
  • 모바일 앱과 API의 연동 및 연동 과정에서 발생하는 문제를 iOS/Android 개발자들과 협업하여 해결할 수 있는 역량이 있는 분
  • 스타트업 경험 또는 역량을 보유하신 분
  • 영어로 기본적인 의사소통이 가능하신 분
