Description

Role Introduction:  

  • The Salesforce team is responsible for Salesforce, which is the foundation of workflow tracking and provides visibility in various business activities, and is responsible for overall planning/development/management to successfully execute the business strategy. 

What you’ll be doing:  

  • Performs the Salesforce Administrator role on Org with over 300 users. 
  • Management of interworking between Salesforce and related systems 
  • Analyze/communicate/design/feature introduction and implementation of business requirements 
  • User training to improve user utilization and change management  

Qualification:  

  • You have at least 5 years of experience and at least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Who managed an organization with more than 100 Salesforce users
  • You know well about basic knowledge and operation details about Salesforce (Object, Profile/User, Approval Process, Flow, Process Builder, Workflow, Email, Report & Dashboard, Developer Console, SOQL, Deployment, Data Loader)
  • Those who have creative and analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Can collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders  

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator 
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified 
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred 
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. 
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality 
  • Strong data management abilities 
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion 
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements 
  • Experience with nonprofit processes preferred 
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred 
  • Visualization tool experience (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
