We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses on payment or lending products for both consumers and merchants, supporting product growth strategies, and maximizing the value proposition of our offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience in building data marts for reporting, skilled in data analysis tools, and a strong understanding of financial products. Excellent communication skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial products to identify performance trends, opportunities for optimization, and growth strategies.
  • Develop data marts to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accessibility for decision-making.
  • Derive and own business metrics; design and deliver intuitive dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing actionable insights to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify patterns, forecast trends, and optimize decision-making processes.
  • Design of experiments and A/B testing support to help business decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
  • Business acumen with strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Redash.
  • Proven track record of building data marts and working with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with financial products and the lending industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in IT or Digital Finance companies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Multi-lingual speaking is preferred,
  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability of self-motivation and multi-tasking.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment both as an individual and team member.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-lingual speaking is preferred, modeling and data mining experience is a plus

In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail.  Please be informed that the job applicant is required to pay the postage on the registered mail.   
  • In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process.  If no request is made until the end of this period, all of his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
