Position Title: Construction Project Manager, TW Logistics

What You'll do:

To achieve on-time delivery of Coupang's new distribution center project (construction, closure, Re-design, etc.), we will plan/execute and manage all activities and resources.
Planning/executing and managing activities and resources for new Logistics Center deployment/closure/Re-design
* Initiate a project based on the business requirements of the project
* Analysis of the project's initial design/requirements and establishment of a full action plan and progress
* Achieve delivery goals by adjusting schedules and integrating management within the resources given to relevant departments and partners
* Define project scope and define deliverables and manage achievements
* Planning/control and progress management of all tasks within the project
* Target delivery is achieved using schedule management techniques to shorten the schedule of complex items within a limited space/resource
* Budget planning and cost management, including project cost estimation and budgeting
* Manage projects to be maintained within a set budget
* Confirmation of continuous budget execution and advance preparation to prevent budget excess.
* Situation monitoring and control management to ensure that tasks in a project are completed with the required quality
* Observe government policies and Coupang internal guidelines to secure planned Logistics performance
* Compliance with relevant laws and regulations such as building/electric/fire/safety/partners, etc
* Project Risk Analysis and Issue Management
* Identify, assess and address potential risks during the project process
* Minimize risk and lead troubleshooting in the event of an issue

[Qualification requirements]
* +8+ years of related experience
* Who has high MS Office & AUTO CAD utilization capabilities
* Have clear communication skills to integrate/converge the needs of diverse and complex functional teams to lead optimal decision-making and focus on the project to demonstrate their capabilities
* Who has the ability to prepare and manage project documents and reports

* Majored in logistics/industrial engineering/architecture
* Experienced in project management
* Experienced in logistics planning
* Excellent English skills
* Can go on a business trips
