As an Initial Researcher-Database with CoStar, you’ll be at the heart of the commercial real estate industry, capturing market-critical information that enables our clients to make informed high impact business decisions. Our database is the largest centralized, real-time database of commercial real estate information available today. CoStar Initial Researchers prepare data from across the country to proactively track ownership, availability, sale, and lease of over half a million commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage process of ingestion of vendor provided bulk data sets.
• Audit delivered data for quality, timeliness and completeness.
• Generate reports detailing database statistics.
• Work closely with Product Development to audit and test new data sets.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Product, Systems, or Business analysis experience
• Permanent US work authorization
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, MIS, computer science, or another related technical field.
• This role is highly self-directed.  Being capable of driving outcomes with very little supervision is a must.
• Must understand relational data models and be comfortable writing basic SQL.
• Software coding experience background is a plus.
