Development Manager / Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Development Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale residential housing projects from inception through to completion. This is a dynamic opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in delivering successful construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential development projects, from town planning to final handover.

• Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Collaborate with external professional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and quick resolution of issues.

• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and produce detailed reports and documentation.

• Maintain strong site presence to guide, support, and oversee project delivery on the ground.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in as Development Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Principal Agent/Consultant with a strong delivery record.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Site management background is essential.
