About the role

The Senior Program Manager conceptualizes, rationalizes, and drives multiple projects to deliver engineering work across our portfolio in an agile environment. This role involves deep technical engagement, strategic contributions, and overseeing the execution of features and projects spanning multiple teams. A strong background in AI, SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and SAFe is essential, along with deep understanding of mobile financial services

 

Key Accountabilities & Outcomes:

  • Structure programs and teams for optimal benefit, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure project delivery within quality, cost, and deadlines.
  • Conduct skills gap analysis and implement necessary actions.
  • Maintain stakeholder relations through regular reviews and proactive communication.
  • Debate delivery strategies and communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Ensure quality processes are understood and followed.
  • Coach team members on skills and values, fostering motivation and broader understanding.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Promote openness, transparency, and trust within the department.
  • Align with global priorities and business goals.

Dimensions:

  • Financial: Cost and revenue responsibilities (applicable or not).
  • People Management: Reporting to India Lab Director; approximately 85 team members.
  • Impact: Company policies, decision-making, and business growth.

About you

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Certifications, and Experience

  • Deep understanding of project management, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Extensive experience in SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and SAFe.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in Payments, AI, Data Privacy (GDPR), cloud technologies, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end AI solutions from concept to deployment.
  • Data analytics and enterprise data management expertise.

Education & Certifications

  • B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent.
  • Scrum Master and Scaled Agilist certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • 6-8 years in project management and digital payments.
  • 3-5 years in AI/ML and Generative AI.
  • Experience working with stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
  • Full product lifecycle experience and Agile/SAFe mastery.
