Responsibilities:

• Provide systems engineering and technical leadership for complex mission systems and communications capabilities.
• Integrate, administer, and maintain communications, beaconing, tracking, and ATAK-based solutions.
• Configure and support mobile devices, cloud infrastructure, networks, VPNs, encryption technologies, and associated systems.
• Gather, analyze, and validate technical requirements and identify solutions and constraints supporting mission and training needs.
• Support system Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities and ensure compliance with applicable security and data-handling requirements.
• Troubleshoot and maintain integrated systems to maximize availability, reliability, and mission effectiveness.
• Coordinate with technical teams, end users, and Sponsor stakeholders to implement and sustain technical solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge-sharing practices to support continuity of operations.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience configuring, set up, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN equipment such as, but not limited to, firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Demonstrated experience managing physical and virtual beacon and communications servers, applications, and equipment, ensuring maximum reliability of tracking solutions for training course attendees.
• Demonstrated experience delivering hands-on and lecture-based training sessions using a variety of teaching methods and techniques.
• Demonstrated experience creating, changing, adding, removing, and maintaining user accounts, via script and coding, of the beacon and communication servers, applications and equipment.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining maximum system uptime and stability.

Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with Sponsor’s Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of Sponsor personnel.
• Demonstrated experience using communication tools including push-to-talk technology.
• Demonstrated experience using map imagery applications.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft cloud-based tools including Office 365, Azure, Entra, and Teams.

Security Clearance:

• TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Levels:

• Developmental: <3 YOE
• Full Performance: 3 YOE
• Senior: 6 YOE
• Expert: 11 YOE
• Manager: 16 YOE
• SME: 16 YOE

Salary Range: $110,000 - $215,000; dependent on level

The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer. Final compensation is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographic location, and internal pay equity, and may reflect market data specific to the awarded contract.
