You are a Fullstack-capable visionary who understands how to weave Salesforce DX, AI (Agentforce), and modern web stacks (Angular/Node) into a seamless enterprise DevOps platform using containerized environments.

What You'll Do

• Drive AI-driven features into production to accelerate customer adoption
• Lead, coach, and scale a 10+ engineer team in Jaipur
• Maintain high engagement, resource alignment, and Agile/Scrum delivery standards across global projects
• Architect unified SFDX-based pipelines with complex package dependencies
• Cut nCino and CPQ deployment error rates by 20%
• Standardize dev environments using Docker for local and global engineering consistency

What We're Looking For

• Deep knowledge of Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Large Data Volumes (LDV) for nCino and CPQ
• Hands-on experience with SFDX/2GP, Docker containerization, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP)
• Proficiency with modern stacks, including Angular, Python, Node.js, and Bash
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams, technical coaching, and performance reviews
• Strong track record of driving a high-accountability engineering culture
• Expertise in Agile ceremonies and strategic resource planning
• Ability to communicate complex technical risks to senior leadership and global partners
