Brief summary of role:

As a Salesforce Developer at Copado, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality Salesforce applications and integrations. Leveraging your expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to strict quality and security standards. Your responsibilities will include custom development, code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring junior developers. What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, JavaScript, Node.js, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) while adhering to high coding standards and ensuring very high quality and security requirements.
  • Work closely with the Lead Engineer, Architect, Product Manager, and UI/UX team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other developers in a team environment to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, design discussions, and team meetings to ensure best practices are followed and solutions are optimized.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong focus on Apex and Lightning Web Components development.
  • Experience working in a team environment with a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience. 
  • Copado, Mulesoft, CPQ, nCino knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Nice to have: Experience working with ISV (Independent Software Vendor) environments.
