The Division:

Key Responsibilities: 
 
• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using .NET MAUI and Xamarin Forms. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality applications. 
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in C# and XAML. 
• Implement MVVM architecture and ensure best practices in coding standards. 
• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications to ensure optimal performance. 
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. 
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes. 
 
Required Skills and Qualifications: 
 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience. 
• 3+ years of experience in mobile application development using .NET MAUI and Xamarin Forms. 
• Proficiency in C#, XAML, and .NET development environments. 
• Strong understanding of MVVM design pattern and dependency injection. 
• Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and database management. 
• Familiarity with BLE and NFC integration is a plus. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
 
• Experience with cross-platform development and understanding of the conversion process from Xamarin to .NET MAUI. 
• Experience with MongoDB would be beneficial.
