Position Summary: We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript, proficiency in React, and hands-on experience in React Native development. As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality software solutions using JavaScript, React, and React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features and best practices.
• Solid understanding of React and its core principles.
• Hands-on experience in React Native development, including building and deploying mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of state management libraries/frameworks such as Redux or MobX.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
