What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in Next.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on front-end development using React.js and Next.js. As a senior engineer, you will play a key role in the implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications, SEO-optimized web applications, mentor junior developers, and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
- Hands-on experience in front-end development, with expertise in React.js and Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of creating scalable REST APIs
- Proven experience with building scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Expertise in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Advanced knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows.
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization, security best practices, and responsive design.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail.
- Development and maintenance of advanced web applications using Next.js.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, and product management to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure the team's codebase maintains a high standard of quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in web technologies and integrate them where appropriate.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing technical ownership and estimations.
- Hands-on experience in front-end development, with expertise in React.js and Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with Node.js for backend development.
- Proven experience with building scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Expertise in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Advanced knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows.
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization, security best practices, and responsive design.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with AI-powered features such as AI-driven recommendations, chatbots (OpenAI API, LangChain), or ML model integration in web applications.
- Ownership mindset, with the ability to take initiative, drive projects to completion, and be accountable for deliverables.
- Prior experience leading technical projects or initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
