Technical Lead

Location: Pune or Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities

Technical Architecture & Customization

• System Customization: Configure and customize core OSC frameworks, modules, workspaces, and complex business workflows. 
• Component Development: Build high-performance UI widgets, server-side extensions, and custom storefront/agent portal components.
• API & System Integration: Design and maintain seamless REST/SOAP API integrations between OSC and third-party systems like ERPs, CRMs, and Payment Gateways. 
• Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting, code reviews, and system modifications to minimize latency during high-traffic periods. 

Team Leadership & Project Execution

• Code Governance: Enforce high code-quality standards, security compliance, and uniform coding frameworks across the engineering team.
• Mentorship: Guide, up-skill, and mentor junior developers through pair programming and structured technical workshops.
• Task Breakdown: Translate complex feature roadmaps into clear sprint tasks and technical execution timelines.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify system bottlenecks, security flaws, and architectural risks, establishing rapid-response rollback and contingency plans
