The Global Information Security team is responsible to drive the development, deployment and management of information and Cyber Security across the Computershare businesses, globally.
Through partnerships with the business units, Technology Services and other support functions, the Global Information Security team actively support the business objectives whilst reducing the overall composite risk to Computershare.
The Global Information Security Analyst will play a key role in the team, accountable for the delivery of the Information Security programme, which as part of the wider GIS strategy aims to develop our processes and technologies. These are maintained in line with the wider technology strategy, whilst continuing to meet the requirements of the wider business, our customers, and our regulators.

As a Global Information Security Analyst, you’ll work at the heart of cybersecurity—partnering with teams across EMEA, Oceania, and North America to drive meaningful change and protect critical operations.
You’ll have the opportunity to specialise in a core discipline—whether that’s third-party cyber risk, risk & compliance, or security culture—while contributing to broader strategic initiatives. From embedding strong security behaviours and best practices, to influencing policy and standards, your work will directly impact how security is understood and applied.
Collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with security operations, procurement, risk management, and technology stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and driving alignment across regions.
Your day-to-day will be varied and rewarding. You’ll:
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring strong governance.
- Conduct control assessments to strengthen security frameworks.
- Drive risk management activities that inform business decisions.
- Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
- Perform third-party due diligence, protecting the supply chain.
- Contribute to global initiatives shaping the future of security.

A key part of the role is to support and mentor more junior members of the team, providing guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing to help develop their capability and ensure a consistent, high-quality approach across all activities.
What will you bring to the role?
The role requires the ability to identify potential problems and propose possible solutions, using multiple problem-solving strategies. The individual will work with autonomy yet have the experience of knowing when escalation and support is needed.
Given the varied nature of this position, you will need to think creatively when approaching new and unusual problems, having a proactive mindset when it comes to tracking innovation and change.

- Ability to mentor / coach and provide feedback to peers and junior colleagues
- Mentor and coach junior colleagues.
It would be ideal for you to have the flexibility of working to support conference calls/meetings outside of normal office hours and occasional travel to other national and international Computershare locations.
