About the Role

We're a small, fast-moving team with ambitious growth goals. We're looking for innovative Full Stack Engineers who can ship quickly and help bring new solutions to market. As we scale, you'll also raise the bar, evolving our engineering practices and setting the standard for how we build.

This full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office, with occasional travel to meet customers.

What You'll Do

• Develop and scale features for our AI medical scribe, using cutting-edge LLM models to create accurate, structured clinical notes.

• Build polished, responsive user experiences across our web and iOS applications.

• Build and maintain robust infrastructure for audio processing, cloud services, and integrations with enterprise EHR systems.

• Lead projects from zero to one in a fast-paced environment, working closely with product and design teams.

• Work directly with customers: join calls, gather feedback, and turn it into product improvements quickly.

• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and external stakeholders.

What You Have

• [Required] Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience

• 1–4 years of professional software development experience. Strong new grads who can show they pick up new technologies quickly are encouraged to apply.

• Strong experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js/Express), plus iOS development with Swift and/or React Native.

• Experience with development for both web and mobile, specifically iOS

• You stay calm under pressure and do well in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
