What you'll do:
- Analyze People Operations data and trends, develop predictive models, and communicate insights at appropriate levels
- Regularly analyze company-wide data to generate insights that guide growth, identify opportunities, and inform future business decisions
- Present data and findings to executives and stakeholders, translating complex analyses into strategic recommendations
- Own the process for reviewing and recommending compensation for new hires, promotions, and internal changes, ensuring fairness and consistency
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistical methods, and predictive modeling
- Strong ability to work independently, own processes, and communicate results effectively to diverse audiences
- Discretion to work with highly confidential data is a must
- Expertise data analysis software such as SQL, R, Tableau, or Power BI
Bonus points for:
- Experience in HR data analysis and compensation modeling
- Experience working in fast-growing environments, with a focus on scalability and evolving organizational needs, including the ability to adapt strategies as the company grows
Must-have Requirements:
- Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
- Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics
