Role Purpose

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Analytics and Identity Access Technology team. This role will be responsible for delivering trusted insights, reporting solutions, and data-driven analytics across Identity and Access Management platforms, including SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping

The role will focus on building scalable dashboards, automated data pipelines, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled reporting workflows to support control compliance, operational risk management, and strategic decision-making across the bank

The successful candidate will work closely with identity platform owners, cyber control owners, risk teams, technology stakeholders, and business leadership to improve visibility of identity posture, control performance, access risks, and remediation progress

Key Responsibilities

• Develop analytics and insights across key IAM platforms, including SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping. Analyse identity, access, privileged account, authentication, and control compliance data to identify risks, trends, exceptions, and remediation opportunities

• Translate complex IAM and cyber control data into meaningful insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Build executive, operational, and control-focused dashboards tailored to different stakeholder groups

• Use Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud/Server, Tableau Prep Builder, and related tools to create reliable and scalable reporting products

• Develop repeatable data preparation workflows using tools such as Tableau Prep Builder, SQL, Python, GitHub Actions, or other enterprise-approved tooling.

• Support reporting for cyber and identity control compliance, including design effectiveness and operating effectiveness metrics

• Provide evidence and reporting support for audit, assurance, risk forums, governance forums, and control owner reviews

• Help improve transparency and reliability of reporting used to manage cyber risk and identity governance obligations

• Identify opportunities to apply predictive analytics and AI to improve IAM risk detection, trend forecasting, prioritisation, and remediation planning

• Build or contribute to agentic workflows that automate dashboard creation, documentation, data validation, reporting analysis, and insight generation.

• Use GitHub Actions (GHA) to automate dashboard deployment, data source publishing, validation checks, and release processes

Technical skillset required:

Tableau, Tableau prep builder, python, Agentic AI experience, CI/CD through Github actions
