Who are you?
We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join us as the first hire outside of our founding team. In addition to providing technical leadership, our CTO and Head of Engineering are merging code daily and leading the way in development. You’ll be right there with us, working across all parts of our product. You won’t just code — you’ll make decisions, own features, and help drive our tech and product forward.
We need someone exceptional — not just great at coding, but with a deep interest in solving real-world problems. You'll need to make intelligent trade-offs and decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term goals, knowing how to move fast without breaking what matters. If you can take ownership, drive initiatives, and make smart decisions that align with the realities of a startup environment, this is the place for you.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of exceptional work.
- Outstanding coding skills and the ability to quickly master new languages or frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies like React, TypeScript, Go, Java, Mongo, Node, SQL, and Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and offer clear, strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated expertise and depth in a specific domain, with a curiosity that drives you to explore and understand the complexities and nuances of the problems you work on.
- Genuine passion for tackling complex problems and an authentic interest in the commodities trading or logistics space.
- Ready to engage with customers daily and make meaningful contributions to their implementations.
