Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling visual content across various media. They will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and production of high-quality visual content, including digital, print, and multimedia materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
• Create engaging graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our visual assets.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience with web design and understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to take direction and work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of print production processes.
• Experience in branding and corporate identity design.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
