חברת Commit מחפשת מומחה/ית GEN AI לתפקיד מאתגר ומרתק בחזית הטכנולוגיה בצפון הארץ.
בתפקיד זה תהיה אחראי/ת על הובלה, תכנון, פיתוח והטמעה של פתרונות מבוססי בינה מלאכותית יוצרת (כמו סוכני AI, מערכות RAG וצ'אטבוטים מתקדמים) לשיפור תהליכים עסקיים וחוויית הלקוח.
התפקיד דורש הבנה עמוקה בארכיטקטורת מערכות, אופטימיזציה של מודלים ועבודה צמודה עם צוותי Product ו-Data.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים
הובלה טכנולוגית וארכיטקטורה: לקיחת חלק בהגדרת ה-Tech Stack והארכיטקטורה של פתרונות GenAI ארגוניים, תוך בחירה מושכלת בין מודלים (Open vs. Closed source) ושיטות עבודה (RAG vs. Fine-Tuning).
פיתוח סוכני AI (Agents) מורכבים: תכנון ומימוש מערכות Multi-agent אוטונומיות המבצעות משימות מורכבות תוך שימוש ב-Long-term memory וניהול מצב (State management).
אופטימיזציית RAG מתקדמת: בניית צינורות נתונים (Data Pipelines) וקטוריים מתקדמים הכוללים טכניקות כמו Hybrid Search, Re-ranking, ו-Query Transformation להשגת דיוק מקסימלי.
Governance ואתיקה: הובלת סטנדרטים של אבטחת מידע (Prompt Injection defense), פרטיות, ומניעת הטיות והזיות (Hallucinations) במערכות פרודקשן.
אינטגרציה: חיבור של מודלי AI למערכות הארגוניות הקיימות (Legacy) דרך APIs וממשקי ענן.
Requirements
דרישות סף
- ניסיון מקצועי: לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח תוכנה (Backend), מתוכן שנתיים לפחות במיקוד עמוק ומוכח ב-GenAI וב-LLMs.
- שליטה ב-Frameworks: ניסיון מעמיק ומעשי ב FRAMEWORKS מתקדמים כגון: LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph
- מומחיות ב-Vector DBs: ניסיון בארכיטקטורה של מסדי נתונים וקטוריים (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant) בסביבות Production עתירות נתונים.
- פיתוח ו-Tools: שליטה מוחלטת ב-Python (בדגש על ספריות כמו Pydantic, FastAPI).
- הבנת מודלים: היכרות עמוקה עם הארכיטקטורה של Transformers, Tokenization, ו-Context Window management.
