אנו מחפשים DevOps Tech Lead מנוסה, בעל/ת יכולות טכנולוגיות גבוהות וניסיון בהקמת תשתיות DevOps מאפס.
במסגרת התפקיד תידרש/י להובלה טכנולוגית משמעותית, תוך שילוב עבודת Hands-On, לצד תמיכה וניהול משימות צוות.
התפקיד כולל בניית ארכיטקטורה מתקדמת למיקרוסרוויסים, פריסות ייצור מתקדמות, ותמיכה בתהליכי פיתוח ושילוב מתודולוגיות CI/CD.
עבודה משמעותית עם פוקוס טכנולוגי המשלב Hands-On לצד ניהול משימות בפרויקט ייחודי של טרנספורמציה דיגיטלית.
תחומי אחריות:
הובלה טכנולוגית של פרויקט DevOps מאפס, כולל בניית תשתיות ואוטומציות.
תכנון והקמת ארכיטקטורת Kubernetes מתקדמת עם OpenShift.
בניית תהליכי CI/CD מתקדמים למיקרוסרוויסים באמצעות Jenkins ו-ArgoCD.
הטמעת פתרונות Monitoring ו-Logging בעזרת Splunk.
הובלת פריסות ייצור בסביבת OCP כולל יישום ותהליכי Disaster Recovery.
יישום וניהול feature flags לפריסות הדרגתיות וניהול תכונות בזמן אמת.
עבודה בצמוד לצוותי פיתוח, QA, ואבטחת מידע, ומתן פתרונות טכנולוגיים לצרכים מורכבים.
תמיכה בניהול משימות ותיאום בין חברי הצוות.
בנייה וניהול של תשתיות System מתקדמות בסביבת ענן ו-On-Prem.
Requirements
לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בעבודה מעשית בתחום ה-DevOps, עם דגש על Hands-On.
ניסיון מוכח בהקמת תהליכי CI/CD למיקרוסרוויסים מאפס.
מומחיות בעבודה עם Docker ו Kubernetes, בדגש על OpenShift.
ניסיון בעבודה עם Jenkins ו ArgoCD לפיתוח ופריסת תהליכים.
ניסיון בהטמעת פתרונות ניטור וניהול לוגים (Grafana, ElasticSearch או Splunk).
ידע וניסיון בעבודה עם OracleDB.
היכרות עם כלים כגון Artifactory, Vault, BitBucket, ו-Jira JFRog
תקשורת מצוינת ויכולת עבודה הדוקה עם צוותי פיתוח, בדיקות ואבטחת מידע.
בנייה וניהול של תשתיות System מתקדמות בסביבת ענן ו-On-Prem.
תקשורת וניהול DNS, DHCP, ופרוטוקולי רשת (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, FTP, וכו’).
נסיון רב עם מערכות לינוקס ו Bash
ניסון עם Firewalls
