Design Coordinator

Team: CUS Fashion & Retail Association (F&R)

Location: Vancouver

Commitment: Part-time

Workplace Type: onsite

Time Commitment

4-6 Hours/Week

Main Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, event promotions, and other club initiatives
• Follow and help maintain the club’s visual identity across all platforms
• Collaborate with the VP Marketing team to develop campaign concepts and creative assets
• Revise designs based on feedback and meet established content deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour, and layout
• Interest in fashion, retail, branding, and social media trends
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Receptive to feedback and comfortable collaborating with a team
