Responsible for leading the successful delivery of enterprise-scale full stack application development projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. Partners with engineering, architecture, product management, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-native applications. Leads cross-functional teams developing modern applications using object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Go (Golang) or etc, modern frontend frameworks, microservices, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps practices. Oversees project planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance while promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement. Drives Agile delivery, manages project dependencies, ensures effective collaboration across distributed teams, and enables the adoption of observability, automation, and engineering best practices to improve product quality and operational reliability.Job Description
