Job Description

DUTIES:                               Contribute to a team responsible for designing and developing new software and web applications using Ansible, Github, and Python; perform CI/CD using Jenkins; use Terraform to build AWS servers; use Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) to run Kubernetes in the AWS cloud; support applications under development and customize current applications; assist with the software update process for existing applications and roll-outs of software releases; research, write, and edit documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals, and formal recommendations and reports; monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products; review literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects; and work with the Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements. Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.

REQUIREMENTS:             Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and two (2) years of experience developing software using Ansible, Github, and Python; performing CI/CD using Jenkins; of which one (1) year includes using Terraform to build AWS servers; and using Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) to run Kubernetes in the AWS cloud

SALARY:                              $135,283.00 to $160,000.00 per year

Compensation

Base Pay: $135,283.00

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
