Responsible for contributing in project teams, troubleshooting operational issues, providing technical solutions to operational problems, new product implementation, implementing existing products and services and the overall upkeep and maintenance of designated areas of engineering. Actively contribute to Reactive & Proactive Problem Management. Create, update & review existing procedural documents.
Identify new areas which would benefit from improvement (“Lean & Smart” Operations) and help implement change.
Company Roadmap Proactively Support Key TV Product & Service Launches, Priority Content, Changes & Releases.
Provide insight and functionality testing on new products.
Knowledge in IT Service Desk Operations or Equivalent Microsoft Office Service Now Products Video & Metadata Processing Workflows Technical Skills
Strong IT & Organizational Skills
