Job Summary
Responsible for acting as an individual contributor to the functional systems and technology department (i.e., Human Resources, Finance, Legal, etc.). Ensures that all employee records in the database are accurately updated and in a timely fashion. Performs data entry, thorough system audits and completes special projects as required. Provides assistance to the department in the areas of program administration, information and report generation and administrative support as needed.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Executes the strategic vision of the functional systems and technology department and answers initial functional systems and technology related correspondence proposed by employees at all levels of the organization in a timely fashion and re-directs correspondence to appropriate department member(s) as necessary.
- Assists in the entry, maintenance, review and audit of all organizational data housed in the system.
- Maintains accuracy of employee data by analyzing and entering organizational data and other pertinent information changes into the systems. Ensures proper organizational links with cost centers, position numbers etc.
- May interface with other Centers of Excellence (COE).
- Assists in all technical projects related to data integrity and system workflow.
- Provides assistance in the execution of design, testing, deployment and training phases for internal/external customers.
- Utilizes awareness of new enhancement packages, competitive applications and products to raise team awareness and increase product knowledge.
- Works with quality assurance team to determine all necessary testing is accounted and documented.
- Provides feedback regarding best possible user experience for application users.
- Provides administrative support to the functional systems and technology department as needed.
- Provides special reports and analyses to support the business.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
