Job Summary
Responsible for providing strategic leadership and executive oversight to a team of solution architects deployed across technical and business capabilities critical for business success. Works cross functionally to develop and implement strategies that support solution architecture runway and designs for end to end solutions. Develops and implements strategies and works with product, engineering, and data leadership to identify standards and performance metrics. Works with solution architects to ensure solution design meets specifications and requirements. Provides leadership and direction for team which may include multiple areas of subject matter expertise. Develops and implements strategy for functional area(s). May have responsibility for developing and managing budget.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Creates and drives strategies in alignment with the Company's overall vision and business goals.
- Works with program or subject matter area experts to define standards and frameworks with regards to solution architecture and design.
- Leads a component of the Solution Architecture team responsible for the architectural runway and end-to-end solution design of licensed or built software solutions, Leads the continued support for existing applications and applications in development and dispositioning of those applications for future investment.
- Works with individual contributors to ensure all deliverables adhere to deadlines, specifications and budgets. Develops and implements performance metrics. Reviews and reports on project progress to leadership team.
- Prepares and manages budget(s) and financial targets.
- Continuously researches new techniques with respect to modern, built-in quality, and performant solution architecture, which can include coding technology or coding practices. Works with the relevant teams to implement new techniques that benefit the goals of the organization.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

National Pay Range: $128,473.80 USD-$301,110.48 USDComcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
