Job Description

We are looking for front end developers, with experience in ReactJS, to work in a agile team based in Costa Rica, supporting a well known US company.

If you are passionate about writing quality code and want to be continually learning using the latest technologies this could be the perfect position for you.

What will you be doing?

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support production code
• Translation of UI/UX design wireframes to actual code
• Work with product owner and stakeholders to prioritize and scope projects
• Responsible for planning, tracking, and reporting on work progress
• Responsible for code reviews and delivery of high-quality maintainable code
• Must have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact with Agile team members
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• JavaScript (ReactJS - SSR & Node.js)
• AWS (later multi-cloud)
• Docker
• NoSQL Database

Qualifications

In a perfect world, you have: 

• 4+ years of experience in web development.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as ReactJS, VueJS, Angular (modules, hooks, functional components, redux, directives, etc.) on real projects.
• Experience with NodeJS.
• Experience with HTML5 and style sheets schemes, CSS, SCSS, SASS, etc.  
• Experience with Testing and Debugging.
• Must have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with Agile team members.
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and/or Google.
• Experience source control tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket and/or branching strategy.
• Good level of English

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with Agile & Scrum development methodologies.
  Working on enterprise grade products – scalability, performance, security, testing.
  Design, develop and implement unit and contract testing for existing code bases.
  Experience with CI/CD.
