Sr. Developer NetSuite

Position Overview: We need a Senior NetSuite Developer who can collaborate with
business stakeholders to maintain Cohesity’s NetSuite environment and related integrations.
Technical areas of focus include architecture, scripts, workflows, performance optimization,
integration, and expansion of NetSuite integrations into other partner platforms and products.
You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure that critical
projects are successfully driven to completion following standard release processes.
Key Responsibilities:
●Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather and understand business
requirements related to financial processes.
●Translate and document business requirements into functional and system
requirements that meet business needs – both in NetSuite and within the larger
integrated business application ecosystem
●Plan, review, revise and execute configurations and customizations of NetSuite and
related systems as needed while maintaining scalability and security
●Understand and act on the capabilities of current applications and how to best
leverage them in conjunction with integration and automation.
●Design and develop SuiteScript customizations, workflows, and integrations to
automate tasks, improve reporting, and streamline financial processes.
●Understand various integration methods and technologies.
●Configure and maintain financial modules within NetSuite, including general ledger,
accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and inventory.
●Develop and implement data integrations with other systems, such as banks,
payment processors, and ERP systems.
●Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the
quality and functionality of customizations.
●Stay up-to-date on the latest NetSuite features and best practices.
●Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues.
●Assist with NetSuite upgrades and migrations.
Qualifications:
Education
●Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or
related field.
Experience
●5-8 years of comprehensive experience working with NetSuite Technical
Configurations.

Skills
●Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial best practices.
●Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
●Strong understanding of invoicing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue
recognition (Advanced Revenue Management), inventory.
●Develop solutions using NetSuite admin tools, workflows, SuiteScript, scheduled and
server Scripts, Suitelets, RESTlets, and User- and Client-Event scripting.
●Experience with XML, REST APIs, and data integration tools.
●Proficient in JavaScript, and HTML is a plus

●Highly effective time management, organizational, problem-solving and priority
setting skills
