Principal Engineer, Test

Location: Dong Nai, Vietnam

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

 

• 9+ years of relevant testing experience in optical modules, priority given to those familiar with the testing process of optical communication products, Experience in 800G/1.6T optical module testing is preferred
• Experience in optical module production yield improvement and test process optimization projects, able to independently lead the implementation of improvement projects.
• Mature fault isolation, problem solving & analytical skills
  Small team management/leadership experience is mandatory, able to lead local test team.
   

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering, Automation or other related majors

 

Skills

• Experience in well-developed fault isolation, problem solving & analytical skills.
• Experience in methodisation and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to use English/ Chinese for Business Communication

Main job responsibilities include improving production line test yield, optimizing test items, analyzing and improving defective products on the production line, conducting analysis on customer-returned RMA products, verifying new test environments and solutions, cooperating with PE to reduce HPU，leading local test team，support stable mass production delivery.
