Equipment Engineer * 2

Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

Duties & Responsibilities

 

Set up and optimize the equipment and stations independently according to the instructions and documents, carry out preventive maintenance (PM) according the SOP documents, repair the malfunction equipment of the production line independently, do continuous improvement to improve the equipment performance and the production efficiency, compile SOP documentation to standardize the operation activities, train the equipment technicians to improve their skills, manage the spare parts stocks.

 

Qualification & Requirements

 

● BS in electrical, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
● 5+ years of dedicated experience with a focus on equipment setup and maintenance
● Familiar with the test instruments, communication protocols & data management
● Familiar with the mechanical structure design and drawings
● Familiar with the electric design and PLC application
● Familiar with the robotics, motion control and PLC application
● Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Ability in problem analysis and resolution
● Better in having manufacturing experience in fiber optics, semiconductor
