For that mission you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design in complexed systems: A proven track record of shipping complex B2B analytics products (dashboards, investigation, or triage flows).
  • Demonstrated AI UX & Regulated systems experience: Hands-on experience designing for AI/assistants and regulated UX environments (RBAC, auditability, compliance).
  • Strong Figma foundations & UI capabilities: Deep expertise in Components, Variables, and Auto Layout, paired with an exceptional visual mindset.
  • Experience with Design Systems: Proven ability in creating, building, and maintaining scalable design systems.
  • Domain knowledge (Advantage): Experience in defense, intelligence, Cyber, LEA, or similarly high-stakes, data-intensive domains.
